Hi, My Name Is Heather Frances.

I am a pastry chef, baker, wife, and momma to 2 sweet toddlers. I have baked across the country from Manhattan to Montecito. I spent most of my baking career working as a pastry chef at a Lavender Farm in New Mexico. I may even try and convince you to get a lavender wedding cake, it’s delicious! 

After relocating to Santa Barbara with my Husband in 2020, I started Frances Baking from my home kitchen. I have had the pleasure of making a myriad of wedding cakes over the years and love being part of events in the most delicious way. 

I truly believe that life is precious and that all of our milestones deserve to be celebrated with something beautiful and delicious — now more than ever. I can’t wait to work with you.
